What software are these templates compatible with?
All Ukandu templates can be used on both a Mac or PC. All design files are compatible with Photoshop CS and newer versions. Ukandu templates are not compatible with some versions of Photoshop Elements which do not support Grouped Layers. Most business forms are compatible with Word or Excel.

How do I access the templates?
All templates are available for immediate download. Once you have completed your check-out, you will receive an email with a direct link to your downloads. This link is located below the product images on the invoice. Or, access your order downloads anytime by logging into Ukandu and clicking on My Account.

My hard drive crashed and I lost all of my files. Can you resend them?
All you need to do is click on the Contact Us link above, and let us know. The first two files are free, however there is a small processing fee to resend additional files.

Where do I get my files printed?
All Ukandu templates are created in layered PSD files so they can be adjusted or resized to print virtually anywhere. However all templates, especially die cuts and specialty items, are formatted for Bay Photo's production templates.

I received a notice that my order is complete but I didn't receive the download.
Be sure to check your spam folder for any emails coming from Ukandu@SandyPuc.com. The order confirmation email you receive immediately after your order is placed will have a download link under the product images for any product that is a downloadable file. Or, access your order downloads anytime by logging into Ukandu and clicking on My Account.

When will my product ship?
Shipping times vary by category. Books and DVDs are shipped ground within 2 business days from Littleton, Colorado (excluding holidays). Orders for props are shipped directly from the manufacturer within 48 hours. Backdrops require a 2-3 week production time and then are shipped ground. All orders for props and/or backdrops will arrive separately from any other products on the same order.

What is Ukandu?
Ukandu.com (pronounced You-Can-Do) is your source for fully customizable marketing materials created by industry leader Sandy Puc' and her team of Marketing Monsters. Ukandu is perfect when you are searching for just one piece to complete your marketing campaign. All templates are available a la carte and there is no membership fee. Templates begin at $20 and piece and go up from there. Depending on your individual needs, templates can be purchased individually or in complete kits.

Where did the Ukandu idea come from?
Ukandu.com evolved from Sandy Puc' University. Sandy Puc' University is a members only community that costs just $24.95 a month. Each month members receive 4-6 complete marketing campaigns with templates, social media content planning and marketing reminders.
